Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu legend Rodolfo Vieira aims to erase the bad impression he left in the octagon in November. Seeking redemption in the UFC, the Brazilian will face Eric McConico Jr., better known for his resemblance to Khalil Rountree , on April 25th in Las Vegas (USA). The information was released by the website 'MMA Fighting' and confirmed by the American, who shared the fight on social media.
The fight is valid for the middleweight division (up to 83,9 kg) and pits athletes coming off losses against each other. In his last UFC fight, Rodolfo suffered at the hands of Bo Nickal . The jiu-jitsu specialist was brutally knocked out by the wrestler in the third round. McConico, 35, was also violently knocked out by Baisangur Susurkaev in the third round. The American has two losses and one win in the company.

Rodolfo Vieira , 36, made his mark in Jiu-Jitsu and is considered by many to be one of the best fighters in history, but he has yet to convince in MMA. The Brazilian began his career in the sport in 2017 and debuted in the UFC in 2019. In MMA, he built a record of 11 wins and four losses. His main victory was over Armen Petrosyan.
