Jean Silva will meet a rival he knows well at Hype FC Brazil. In the first event of the Russian MMA organization in the country, scheduled to take place on March 11, in Rio de Janeiro, the athlete will face Bryce Mitchell and will seek his second victory over him. The surprising duel was announced by the company itself last Wednesday (4).
The pair will engage in a grappling match, with submission rules focusing on finishing. Interestingly, Mitchell, who specializes in grappling, doesn't have fond memories of the 'Fighting Nerds' academy member.

In the UFC featherweight (up to 65,8 kg) fight in 2025, Jean submitted the American in the second round. At the time, the Brazilian was so excited by the victory that he barked even while the bad boy was unconscious on the ground. Therefore, the Brazilian is being touted as the favorite to win the rematch.
Jean's moment in the UFC
Currently, Jean Silva does not have a fight scheduled in the UFC. The Brazilian, who is coming off a victory over Arnold Allen in January, is ranked sixth in the organization's featherweight division and is seen by many as a threat to the legendary Alexander Volkanovski , the king of the category.
