Rafael Bipolar suffered a setback in his debut in the world's largest MMA organization. UFC 326, event held this Saturday (7), in Las Vegas (USA), the Brazilian felt the pressure and suffered from the power of Diyar NurgozhayAfter 15 minutes of action, the promising athlete lost by unanimous decision.
Rafael Bipolar, 22 years old, was revealed on the 'Contender Series' program in 2025 and debuted in the UFC this season. The Brazilian began his MMA career in 2022 and built a record of 14 wins, 11 by stoppage (six by submission and five by knockout), and two losses.

The fight began with both fighters throwing kicks. Gradually, Nurgozhay resorted to punches and created danger. In response, Bipolar also posed a threat with his crosses and straight punches. Confident in his striking, Nurgozhay distributed straight punches and kicks to Bipolar. At a disadvantage, Bipolar advanced around the octagon, but received more blows than he landed on Nurgozhay. Again, Nurgozhay hurt Bipolar with kicks to the midsection and almost knocked him down with a leg kick. Undeterred, Bipolar landed a straight punch on Nurgozhay. In the final minute, Bipolar grabbed Nurgozhay, but was unsuccessful in controlling him on the ground.

In a duel valid for the flyweight category (up to 57 kg), Nyamjargal Tumendemberel dominated cody durden He won by unanimous decision in the fourth fight of the preliminary card. With the victory, he achieved his second consecutive win in the organization, while the veteran suffered his fourth consecutive defeat, making his dismissal a very real risk.
Feinting quite a bit while standing, the American quickly went for a takedown in the opening seconds, but found himself caught in a tight guillotine choke. After a few tense moments, he managed to break free and return to his usual physical dominance. Tumendemberel took advantage of his opponent's nervousness and even managed to control his back for a brief moment, in addition to landing some good elbows on the ground.
The Mongolian fighter maintained his intensity throughout the fight, while Durden's pace slowed dramatically, largely due to the intense attacks he launched in the initial round. He took the American down several times without difficulty and even controlled his opponent's back for a few minutes.
The situation repeated itself in the third round. Despite being threatened with a katagatame choke, Tumendemberel managed to dominate his opponent with good transitions on the ground. After regulation time, all judges awarded him the victory.

In the third fight of the night, Sumudaerji delivered a great performance and won. Jesus Aguilar by unanimous decision in a duel valid for the flyweight category (up to 56,7 kg). With the result, the pupil of Urijah faber Team Alpha Male secured his third consecutive victory in the world's biggest MMA event, while the Mexican suffered another setback and failed to follow up his winning streak against Luis Gurule.
More comfortable in the striking exchanges, the Chinese fighter posed a threat on several occasions, using his greater reach to force his opponent back and corner him against the cage. In response, Aguilar began to aggressively seek takedowns, and also accepted the risk of counter-punching by moving forward to close the distance with powerful punches.
Highly skilled, Sumudaerji caught the public's attention by attempting a beautiful spinning head kick, which was partially blocked, and securing a takedown at the end of the first round. In the following round, the Chinese fighter reversed a takedown attempt by the Mexican and remained on top for much of the round, while also maintaining control of the distance on his feet using straight kicks and punches.
Aguilar returned for the final five minutes with a more aggressive stance, but was unable to change the course of events even after landing some good punches against his opponent's cage. Sumudaerji still managed to open a deep cut on his opponent's nose with good elbows in the clinch. At the end of the 15-minute fight, the Chinese fighter was declared the winner by unanimous decision, with all judges scoring all three rounds in his favor.
