Caio Borralho returned to winning ways in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). The Brazilian faced Reinier De Ridder in the co-main event of UFC 326 and, after dominating the fight with jabs, low kicks, and a takedown in the third round, had his arm raised by unanimous decision.

With the victory, Caio Borralho reached 18 career wins and recovered from his loss to Nassourdine Imavov at UFC Paris.
De Ridder, on the other hand, suffered his second consecutive loss in the UFC after joining the organization riding a four-win streak in the 2025 season.

Caio Borralho started the fight controlling the center of the octagon while hurting his rival with jabs and leg kicks. During an approach by the Dutchman, De Ridder landed a knee to the Brazilian's groin, forcing the referee to stop the fight.
After the recovery period, the fight resumed with Caio returning to his low kicks. With his guard down, the Brazilian managed to land punches on his opponent without being hit. At one point, however, he received a strong straight punch from the Dutchman, but he responded in kind and ended up staggering the giant.
In the final stretch of the round, after a jab from 'Nerd', De Ridder managed to take the fight to the ground, but the fight quickly returned to standing, with the athletes working in the clinch.
The second round began with Caio Borralho taking the initiative. The Brazilian put Reinier with his back to the cage and, little by little, accumulated blows with jabs, leg kicks, crosses, and straight punches. The Dutchman, in turn, sought the takedown and tried to connect with overhands, which missed.
At the two-minute mark, the fight returned to the clinch, with Borralho defending well against his opponent's takedown attempts. In the final stretch, the fighters separated, but without enough time for significant action.
Caio started the third round again seeking the initiative, connecting with strikes and forcing De Ridder to retreat. Still within the first minute, the Brazilian surprised everyone and managed to take his opponent down.
After a few exchanges of positions on the ground, the fight returned to standing. In the final moments, both fighters sought to attack, but without landing any significant blows until the end of the fight.
