Caio Borralho proved his superiority against Reinier De Ridder at UFC 326. The 'Nerd' faced the Dutch giant in the co-main event and, using a low guard, jabs, leg kicks, good movement and even ground control, won by unanimous decision.
Borralho controlled the beginning of the fight by dominating the center of the octagon and punishing his rival with jabs and low kicks. After an illegal knee strike by De Ridder momentarily interrupted the fight, the Brazilian regained control and even managed to stagger his opponent in the striking exchanges. At the end of the first round, the Dutchman managed to take the fight to the ground, but the fight quickly returned to the clinch.
In the second round, Caio pressured his rival against the cage and continued scoring points, while De Ridder unsuccessfully attempted takedowns. In the third round, the Brazilian maintained the initiative and surprised everyone by taking his opponent down early on. After brief exchanges on the ground, the fight returned to standing and continued without any major strikes until the end.

With the triumph, Caio Borralho He reached the milestone of 18 career wins and recovered from the defeat suffered against Nassourdine Imavov No. UFC Paris.
De Ridder, on the other hand, suffered his second consecutive loss in the UFC, after joining the organization riding a four-win streak in the 2025 season.
