Tallison Teixeira will face a significant challenge in his next fight. The giant Brazilian, standing at 2,03m, will face the feared Sergei Pavlovich , training partner of Valter Walker , at UFC Macau , an event scheduled to take place on May 30th in China. The fight, valid for the heavyweight division (up to 120,2 kg), was officially announced by Dana White, president of the company, through social media last Thursday (12).

With the announcement of the duel, Tallison has the perfect opportunity to surpass the competition and enter the top 5 of the prestigious category. Currently, the Brazilian is ranked 11th and is coming off a victory over Tai Tuivasa . On the other side, the 33-year-old Russian is number three in the division and is riding a two-fight winning streak.
