Everything is ready for UFC Vegas 114, which takes place this Saturday (14). Before entering the action, the athletes scheduled for the event went through the scales and confirmed their commitments in the octagon at the UFC Apex, in Las Vegas.
The main event fighters, Kevin Vallejos and Josh Emmett, had no trouble making weight for the featherweight division (up to 65,7 kg) and confirmed their fight as the event's main event. In addition, six Brazilian athletes also had their respective bouts validated.

Scheduled for the co-main event, Amanda Lemos made weight for the strawweight division (up to 52,3 kg) and confirmed her bout.

Opening the main card, Bruno Silva weighed in at 57,1 kg and also validated his fight in the flyweight category (up to 56,7 kg), using the one-pound allowance.

In the preliminary card, Vitor Petrino weighed in at 112,7 kg, about eight kilograms lighter than his opponent, Steve Asplund, in their heavyweight bout.

In his UFC debut, Manoel Sousa hit the lightweight limit (up to 70,3 kg). Luan Lacerda, on the other hand, needed the one-pound allowance to make his fight official in the bantamweight division (up to 61,3 kg).

In one of the most anticipated fights of the night, multi-time jiu-jitsu champion Bia Mesquita confirmed her second fight in the UFC by making weight for the bantamweight division (up to 61,3 kg).
