Bruno Bulldog you won't have fond memories of ufc vegas 114. At the event held this Saturday (14), the Brazilian faced the veteran Charles Johnson, who was coming off a loss and accepted the fight at the last minute, ended up being surprised. Bruno Bulldog, 35 years old, is a veteran of MMA. The Brazilian began his career in the sport in 2011 and debuted in the UFC in 2019. In the sport, the athlete built a record consisting of 15 wins, eight losses, two draws and one 'no contest' (fight without result).

As expected, the flyweight fight was action-packed, with Johnson relying on volume of strikes and Bulldog on power. Bulldog even startled Johnson with his straight punches. In the final moments, Bulldog attempted a takedown but received an elbow from Johnson. In response, Bulldog landed an uppercut on Johnson. There was still time for the pair to exchange kicks.
In the second round, the pace of the fight remained intense. Johnson threw kicks at Bruno, who advanced, cornered him against the cage, and landed a powerful straight punch. Johnson then continued throwing kicks. Bulldog landed a good elbow and attempted a takedown, but was unsuccessful in taking the fight to the ground.
Hunting Johnson, Bulldog landed crosses, but was hit by straight punches and kicks. Powerful, Bulldog landed an uppercut on Johnson and, on top of him, startled him with a flurry of punches. In the final seconds, Johnson tried to take Bulldog down, but failed and even received a kick to the midsection.
In the third and final round, Bulldog went for a takedown early on and trapped Johnson against the cage. Johnson avoided the grappling, but in the striking exchanges, he came out worse. Doing well in the fight, Bulldog remained on the attack and landed some good punches on Johnson, which stunned him. Encouraged, Bulldog defended against a beautiful high kick and responded with a spinning backfist.
Without giving up, Johnson posed a threat by landing an elbow and a straight punch on Bulldog. Undeterred, Bulldog absorbed the blows and also attacked. In the final seconds, the fighters exchanged blows with everything they had, thrilling the fans.
