It's worth noting that Nate, who left the UFC in 2022 complaining, never hid his desire to return to competing in the octagon, but ultimately prioritized Netflix and signed a lucrative contract. Aware of the overwhelming offer, Dana White admitted defeat to the streaming giant, but delighted fans by revealing that he doesn't rule out re-signing the bad boy, despite his advanced age for competition.

“He came and talked to me a few weeks ago. We had a good time and I think Nate received an offer he couldn’t refuse. I haven’t spoken to him since then, but I’m happy for him. I don’t know, let him do what he wants. Then we’ll see how this fight unfolds and what happens,” said the official.

Nate diaz, 40 years old, is one of the most popular fighters in MMA. The American began his career in the sport in 2004 and debuted in the UFC in 2007. With the company, the bad boy was the winner of the 5th edition of the program 'The Ultimate Fighter' and competed for the lightweight (70 kg) belt.

In this modality, the veteran built a record of 21 wins and 13 losses. His main triumphs were against Anthony Pettis, Conor McGregor, Donald Cerrone, Gray Maynard, Jim Miller, Melvin Guillard, Michael Johnson, Takanori Gomi and Tony Ferguson.
