During his time on the team, Covington claimed he trained with the Armenian and beat him. “Yes, I want to fight Covington because he has some wins in the RAF and is a superstar in the UFC. He’s a legitimate wrestler and I want to beat him. I know my skills and that I can beat him. He told everyone he wrestled with me at the gym, but maybe he was mistaken. It wasn’t me, it was someone else,” he concluded.
