The possibility of a rematch between Wanderlei Silva Popó has regained momentum in recent days. In a statement on social media, the MMA legend affirmed that he continues to train at a high level and dispelled any doubts about his desire to have a rematch with the boxer, this time proposing a change of rules.

In a post on his Instagram profile, 'Wand' indicated that, in addition to being physically prepared, he welcomes a rematch against the four-time world boxing champion. However, Wanderlei made it clear that he wants to take the duel to MMA, a different scenario from their first encounter, which took place in boxing. 'The Mad Dog' issued the challenge and demanded a response from his rival.
