Dana White, it seems, no longer plays the same decisive role behind the scenes at the UFC. Historically linked to fight negotiations for the world's leading MMA organization, the Ultimate president has been seen as transitioning roles, possibly focusing solely on Zuffa Boxing. Despite admitting to changes in his actions, the executive offered his explanation.

In an interview with Fox Sports, Dana White revealed that he has completely stepped away from negotiating fighter contracts, highlighting that he reached a point in his career where that role ceased to be enjoyable.

“I’ve completely stepped away from the contract negotiation side of the fighters. I’ve reached a point where it’s simply not fun anymore,” said Dana White.

Although no longer directly involved in fight negotiations, Dana White continues to play a fundamental role within the UFC.
