Jiri Prochazka has a rather curious method for making weight in the UFC light heavyweight division (up to 93 kg). Unlike most fighters, who resort to intense dehydration processes before weighing in, the Czech fighter adopts a simpler approach. Scheduled for the main event of UFC 327, the 'samurai' claims he handles the final weight adjustments basically by going to the bathroom.
During a live stream on the Kick platform, alongside streamer Adin Ross, Prochazka explained that he usually loses about 7 kg throughout the training camp, but doesn't make a significant cut on the last day. According to the fighter, when he reaches about 94,5 kg the day before the weigh-in, he only makes a final adjustment using natural bodily processes and a light workout to reach the weight required by the category.

“I lost 5 to 7 kg… On the last day, my weight was 94,5 kg. So, the next day, all it takes is a good bathroom routine and a little training,” said Jiri Prochazka.

Jiri Prochazka faces Carlos Ulberg in the main event of UFC 327, in a fight for the light heavyweight title (up to 93 kg). This is because the then champion, Alex Poatan , decided to relinquish the title to move up a weight class and attempt an unprecedented triple championship in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
The Brazilian fighter is scheduled to face Ciryl Gane in the main event of UFC Casa Branca , scheduled for June 14th.
