Jon Jones does not rule out a super fight against Alex Poatan . The American was present at UFC 327, this past Saturday (11), in Miami (USA), and commented on the possibility of facing the Brazilian. The former champion went into detail about the Ultimate's backstage, classified the Paulista as a potential opponent and demonstrated great respect for the athlete.
When questioned by Evelyn Rodrigues, the official UFC reporter in Brazil, about the interest of Brazilian fans in a fight against Poatan, Jones commented that a disagreement regarding financial compensation created impasses with the Ultimate Fighting Championship. It's true that, before the official announcement of the interim heavyweight title fight (up to 120,2 kg) between the São Paulo native and Ciryl Gane for the highly anticipated event at the White House on June 14th, a fight between the two was considered, however, Dana White denied that this duel could happen.
