During an appearance on the 'Overdogs Podcast', Glover highlighted his compatriot's potential and recalled his performance against Chimaev, emphasizing the resilience and technical level he displayed. According to the veteran, Durinho is an extremely tough fighter and, if he stays focused, has a great chance of winning.

“We know Durinho’s potential. Durinho was the only guy who exposed Chimaev, put him there, gave him a boost, and the guy couldn’t bring him down. I think Durinho is very tough, so I believe in Durinho’s victory. My friend, if he’s focused, it’s him,” said Glover Teixeira.
