Jean Silva presented his version of events regarding Mauricio Ruffy 's departure from the Fighting Nerds team. Following rumors of discomfort among team members and potential conflicts of interest behind the scenes, coach Pablo Sucupira announced the Alagoas native's exit . According to 'Lord', the decision came from the team leader himself, who was also responsible for managing the situation.

In an interview with ESPN, Jean Silva reiterated that Pablo always treated the team like a business and, therefore, made the decision directly. The athlete stated that there isn't much to add about the case, emphasizing that everyone went their separate ways. He also wished Ruffy success, but stressed that public statements are being made and followed by the public.

“Dude, I’m going to touch on this point talking about Pablo. Pablo has always emphasized that it’s a company, so he’s the one who decided this. There’s not much to say… it’s simply Luffy over there and me over here. Luffy has a beautiful family, I really hope it works out for him, but the internet is there, right? He’s talking and people are watching,” said Jean Silva.
