Conor McGregor demonstrates confidence for the revenge against Max Holloway at UFC 329, scheduled for July 11th. Headlining the event, the Irishman returns to MMA after a five-year hiatus and, despite the long break, is banking on the positive experience of his first fight against the Hawaiian to secure another victory.
In a statement to Mac Energy, McGregor recalled his previous fight against Holloway and stated that he had complete control on that occasion. The Irishman emphasized that he intends to repeat that performance, in addition to highlighting his technical evolution inside the octagon.

“My opponent is a guy I’ve beaten before. Our last fight was a martial arts lesson for me, so I plan to do that again. I plan to show my growth and my improvements in there,” said McGregor.
The former champion also emphasized that his preparation for his return to the UFC has been intense, with a routine completely free of distractions and focused on training.
"The preparation is going very well. We are living, breathing and sleeping in the gym," concluded the Irishman.
