Arman Tsarukyan already has a date set for his return to the octagon, although the next step in his career depends directly on the outcome of UFC White House , scheduled for June 14th. On that occasion, Ilia Topuria and Justin Gaethje will compete for the lightweight title (up to 70,3 kg) in the main event , which will be held on the lawn of the United States presidential residence. Meanwhile, the Armenian awaits the winner to be determined before returning to fight in the final months of the season.
During a press conference for the RAF event, Tsarukyan indicated that he intends to wait for the fight card to take place before confirming his next fight, projecting a return between September and the end of the year, depending on who emerges victorious. According to the fighter, a victory for Topuria could push his return to the end of the season, while a win for Gaethje should bring that schedule forward to the period between September and October.

“I’m waiting for the White House card, when they’re going to fight, and then they’ll announce my next fight, probably in September, October, or at the end of this year. It depends on who wins. If it’s Ilia, probably at the end of the year. If it’s Gaethje, probably between September and October,” said Arman Tsarukyan.
The Armenian pointed to Topuria as the favorite in the match, but highlighted the danger posed by Gaethje. Tsarukyan emphasized the American's experience and recalled his recent performances, such as against Rafael Fiziev and Paddy Pimblett , when he showed he remains competitive at a high level.
“ Ilia Topuria . I want to fight Ilia Topuria . I think Ilia Topuria wins. But Justin is a veteran and you never know. When he fought Rafael Fiziev , everyone thought he was young, a good striker, and that he would knock him out. But he went in there and showed that he can still compete at the highest level, the same against Paddy Pimblett . 60-40 (%),” concluded the Armenian.
