The highly anticipated Spaten Fight Night 3 has gained another major fight. After the organization announced the clash between Glover Teixeira e Mauritius ShogunMMA legends have now officially announced a fight between Felipe Preguiça and Nicholas Meregali, icons of Jiu-Jitsu, at an event scheduled to take place on August 29th in São Paulo.
It's worth highlighting that, in addition to the traditional boxing matches, Spaten Fight Night 3 will also feature jiu-jitsu and judo duels. Therefore, to ensure the gentle art is well represented at the event, the company has bet on two of its biggest names, who have a rivalry.

In fact, it's not uncommon to see Meregali and Preguiça exchanging barbs publicly. In total, the multi-time jiu-jitsu champions have faced each other twice in their careers, with Nicholas submitting his rival via Ezekiel choke in 2018 and rear-naked choke in 2023.
