It's no secret that Dana White is excited about the UFC White House event . And no wonder, given that the event scheduled to take place this Sunday (14), in Washington (USA), has a rare character, as it celebrates the 250th anniversary of the United States Declaration of Independence and the birthday of President Donald Trump. Therefore, the company president has no doubt that the event will be a success.

In fact, in an interview with the YouTube channel 'TNT Fight Sports', Dana highlighted the grandeur of the historic UFC White House event . It's worth noting that the show is the first sporting event to take place on the lawn of the official residence of the President of the United States, outdoors, and will have approximately five thousand VIP guests, including celebrities, athletes, media personalities, and politicians.

And it doesn't stop there. To get the project off the ground, Dana revealed that the UFC spent $60 million (approximately R$310 million at the current exchange rate), three times more than the event at the Sphere in 2024, which also had a special and unique character. Furthermore, while the show celebrating Mexico's Independence Day was a positive success due to its technology and audience, the UFC executive guaranteed that the high-profile event at the White House will be superior, suggesting it has everything to be the biggest in the company's history.

“It’s definitely a unique event, without a doubt. First, where we came from, how this whole sport started, how it was looked down upon in the United States, now that we’re going to the White House is surreal. The athletes in the main fight will come from the Oval Office. The entrances and everything else for this fight will be incredible and unique,” said the UFC president.

“UFC in the Sphere should have won all the production awards. It didn’t, which doesn’t surprise me. Very political. But if we don’t win all the production awards for UFC White House , they should stop doing production awards, because they’re all full of crap. For UFC fans around the world, this is a unique experience and we expect Super Bowl numbers,” he concluded.
