Dustin Poirier demonstrated confidence in his prediction when analyzing the co-main event of UFC Casa Branca , scheduled for next Sunday (14). On that occasion, Alex Poatan faces Ciryl Gane for the interim heavyweight title (up to 120,2 kg), in a confrontation that, in the American's view, should end in the third round with a victory for the Brazilian.

During an appearance on the 'UFC on Paramount' program, Poirier stated that, although he continues to bet on Poatan, he has come to see the fight as more balanced as the event approaches. Even so, he maintained his prediction that the Brazilian will win by knockout.
