One of the most anticipated events of the year, UFC White House has already generated buzz even before the scheduled athletes stepped into the world's most famous octagon. Sean Strickland , recently crowned middleweight champion (up to 83,9 kg) after defeating Khamzat Chimaev last month, was removed from the vicinity of the presidential residence by police forces just hours before the scheduled start of the fights.

In videos posted on social media, the American appears in a boxing ring surrounded by people. Seemingly in good spirits, Strickland interacted with the fans present in an ironic manner, provoking those present, before being removed from the premises by police.

One of the most controversial names in all of sports, Strickland became popular for making several controversial statements over the years. Recently, he went to social media to reveal that he had been banned by the company from attending the event held this Sunday (14). According to him, the reason for this was statements against Donald Trump. On that occasion, he even argued with internet users and even with Justin Gaethje about the policy promoted by the president.

“UFC at the White House with Netanyahu in the audience. Pure garbage. The only American male champion banned from the White House because I said Trump is controlled by Netanyahu. This isn't public opinion, it's a fact,” stated the fighter, known for his controversial stances.
