Two very experienced and successful names in the category, they first faced each other in December 2017 at Rizin. On that occasion, the Japanese fighter won by submission with a katagatame in the third round. Since then, both have transitioned to the world's largest MMA organization and have had great success.

This weekend's event is a treat for Brazilian fans. In total, six representatives from Brazil will step into the world's most famous octagon to showcase their skills. Vinicius Lokdog tries to recover from the setback suffered against mario bautista making his debut in the featherweight division (up to 65,7 kg) against the veteran André Fili.

In the preliminary card, André Mascot measure forces with Kevin Borjas, in a duel valid for the flyweight division (up to 56,7 kg); Bia Mosque face Melissa Mullins in the bantamweight category (up to 61,5 kg) and Alan Puro Osso faces Mitch Raposo, Luana Santos e Karol Rosa They share the octagon in an all-Brazilian showdown in the second fight of the night.
