Manel Kape continued his excellent professional form at UFC Vegas 119. In the main event held this Saturday (20), the Angolan excelled in the octagon and showed that he is not among the elite of the flyweight division (up to 57 kg) for nothing. In the important rematch, the Angolan knocked out Kyoji Horiguchi in the third round.
It's quite true that, despite being a striking specialist, Kape wasn't able to 'pull the trigger' and unsettle his opponent. Showing excessive respect for Horiguchi, the Angolan was hit more than he landed punches in the first round. In the second round, 'Starboy' was controlled by the Japanese fighter on the ground.

In the third round, the athlete was also at a disadvantage, but, being the opportunist he is, he took advantage of the opening left by the veteran on his feet and knocked him down with a punch. With Horiguchi shaken on the ground, Kape didn't waste the chance to knock him out and finished the fight with a brutal ground and pound.
