As if the repercussions of the case weren't enough, Fili also expressed dissatisfaction with the referee's conduct in the fight against LokDog, claiming he was hit by illegal blows to the back of the head and that the referee allowed the action that resulted in the knockout. Without hesitation, Vinícius, believing the referee hadn't made any mistakes in the fights, took up his cause and offered a simple solution to the other fighters.

“Herb Dean knows the rules. Instead of crying about illegal moves, just don’t turn your head. Watch my fight in slow motion and watch Herb’s video and you’ll understand,” the fighter wrote on his official account on ‘X’.
