After not having her contract renewed with the UFC and being forced to leave the biggest MMA event in the world after ten years, Ketlen Vieira already has a new home. The Amazonian announced this Wednesday (24) that she is the newest reinforcement of the PFL. The announcement was made through a publication on social media. Despite having built her career in the bantamweight division (up to 61,2 kg), she arrives at the new organization to compete in the featherweight category (up to 65,7 kg), extinct in the Ultimate since the retirement of Amanda Nunes.
In the post, Ketlen expressed her happiness about this new phase in her career. Furthermore, she made a point of showing her gratitude to Dedé Pederneiras, her head coach and manager, a product of Nova União. She also thanked Ali Abdelaziz, one of the most popular names in the fighter management industry worldwide, for his support.

Throughout 15 fights in the world's largest MMA organization, Ketlen Vieira had the opportunity to share the octagon with some of the sport's best names. Besides defeating Miesha Tate , Holly Holm , and Macy Chiasson , she also faced Kayla Harrison and Norma Dumont . In her last fight, she defeated Jacqueline Cavalcanti by unanimous decision. Even though she is ranked fifth, the victory wasn't enough to keep her in the company.
