Sean Strickland has long struggled to control his anger, but, unable to do so, he punishes his rivals with gratuitous attacks. After shocking the world by defeating Khamzat Chimaev in May in New Jersey (USA), the American is waiting for the company to define his next step. Meanwhile, the new middleweight champion ( up to 83,9 kg) has turned his attention to his compatriot Justin Gaethje , holder of the lightweight title (up to 70,3 kg).
On his official 'X' account, Strickland insulted 'The Highlight' and explained the source of his hatred for him. Interestingly, there is no chance of the UFC champions facing each other, but the pair have been arguing constantly and publicly.

Frankly, 'Tarzan' surprised everyone by revealing that he has nothing against Gaethje, but disapproved of the fact that Gaethje has the controversial Ali Abdelaziz as a friend and manager and defends him tooth and nail. Furthermore, the middleweight champion, whenever possible, expresses his dislike for the football executive.
“Let me tell you why Goythje is a bitch. And it hurts me, because I like him. His manager was arrested for being a fucking terrorist and then ratted out his terrorist henchmen. He could offer me a billion dollars to manage my career, but I’d tell him to fuck off, because I’m American,” wrote the UFC champion.
