Cyril Gane, it seems, is eager to return to the Ultimate Fighting Championship octagon. The Frenchman knocked out Alex Poatan at UFC Casa Branca on June 14th, winning the interim heavyweight title (up to 120,2 kg). Two weeks after the victory, the 'Good Boy' has already resumed training in pursuit of his next step in the organization.

After his victory over Alex Poatan , Ciryl Gane , still in the octagon, challenged Tom Aspinall and suggested UFC Paris , scheduled for September, as the venue for a rematch of their fight that ended in a no contest at UFC 321. The Briton responded to the challenge on his YouTube channel and stated that he considers the date a good option.
Another fighter seeking revenge against Gane is Alex Poatan himself . After his loss at UFC Casa Branca , the Brazilian claimed that the Frenchman landed illegal strikes that influenced the outcome of the fight.
