“I don’t even know what to say. You need to take some time. I don’t like talking about scheduling new fights right after events, and definitely not in this scenario. It’s the guys who start saying, ‘I’m thinking about retiring,’ and the minute you start talking or thinking about retiring, you definitely should,” said the UFC president.

“I haven’t heard that from him yet, but he hasn’t spoken publicly. We’ll see what he has to say. I don’t know. We’ll see how all this unfolds. There are many unanswered questions now that will be answered in the coming days.”

“That’s why I don’t get into that conversation and start talking about the future. I don’t know what’s going to happen. We’ll be back in the office on Tuesday, and it’s not worth talking about it now. I don’t know enough,” he concluded.
