Former UFC champions Belal Muhammad and Colby Covington lost control and started fighting during the press conference after RAF 11, held last Saturday (18). Winners of the main fights of the night, the welterweights (up to 77 kg) started a heated discussion that quickly escalated into physical aggression, requiring the immediate intervention of a strong security detail.
In a video published by RAF, Belal Muhammad completely loses his temper with Covington's provocations. The fighter went after the 'loudmouth' trying to deliver a kick, but was restrained by event security before things got worse.

Belal Muhammad and Colby Covington exchange harsh barbs.
The exchange of insults began when Belal Muhammad criticized Covington's victory over Arman Tsarukyan , stating that the American had not faced someone of his own stature. The Palestinian representative offered to face Colby.

Covington, known for his provocative style, didn't let it go. He mocked Belal's victory over Ben Askren, stating that his rival can only beat athletes who are past their prime.
