Amado Vargas starred in an emblematic moment last Saturday (25). Competing in 'BKB Bare Knuckle Boxing', a bare-knuckle boxing event, in London (ENG), the American first struggled before giving back in epic fashion. Right in the first round, the fighter was kicked out of the ring by James Springer, the home athlete, but returned and knocked him out seconds later.

The confusion began after the fighters exchanged punches. In the action, Vargas got the worst of it, was pushed by his rival, fell against the ropes and assaulted, falling out of the ring. Immediately after the incident, the referee gave Springer a warning for unsportsmanlike conduct, but did not penalize him. Calm and focused, the American showed composure and even danced, entertaining the audience present at the 'Indigo at the O2' venue.

Since he was able to continue the fight, Vargas returned to the ring and punished his opponent. More precise and quick, the athlete landed a powerful straight punch that exploded on Springer's face. The impact of the punch was so strong that the Englishman passed out instantly. Thus, the 26-year-old American achieved his 13th career victory, extending his undefeated streak in both traditional and bare-knuckle boxing. On the other hand, the bad boy now has a negative record in the sport.
