Apparently, Alex Poatan approved of the experience he had last Monday (3). The former UFC middleweight and light heavyweight champion attended the sixth edition of the traditional charity auction organized by star Neymar Jr , held at Suhai Music Hall, in São Paulo. As could not be otherwise, the fighter, even though he is not a football fan, fawned over the football genius and, excited, went further.
Present at the fundraising ceremony for the Neymar Jr. Institute along with his two sons, Poatan made a point of posting photos with the star and not only praised him for the initiative, but also offered to participate more often. It's worth noting that the experience involving the athlete and Charles do Bronx was auctioned off for R$ 310.

And the former UFC champion's stance is not surprising, as he constantly gets involved in charitable campaigns and performs good deeds. For those who don't know, the fighter, like Neymar, has a social project called Instituto Poatan. In fact, the veteran was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame precisely because of the work he does in the social sphere.
"Today, I went with my two children to the sixth edition of the Neymar Jr. Institute auction. I want to thank them for the invitation and say that it was a pleasure to be able to contribute by donating an experience with me to be auctioned off. Whenever I can help a serious project that makes a difference in the lives of so many children and families, you can count on me ," the fighter wrote on his official Instagram account.
“ Congratulations to Neymar, his family, and the entire team for the work they have been doing . May God continue to bless this project and may it continue to grow even more . Thank you for everyone's affection. It was a pleasure to be a part of this moment. CHAMA 🔥,” he concluded.

What is Poatan's social project?
The renowned striker's social project is the 'Instituto Poatan'. Founded by the fighter in 2025 and located in São Bernardo do Campo (SP), the institute is a non-profit organization that supports underprivileged youth and aims to transform lives through culture, education and sport, offering five courses, with emphasis on martial arts, computer science and English.

The sixth auction celebrated the 11th anniversary of the social project created by Neymar and his family, located in Praia Grande, São Paulo. The institution aims to promote opportunities, human development, and social inclusion through education, sports, culture, and community strengthening for children, adolescents, and families in situations of social vulnerability. Currently, the initiative serves approximately three thousand children and adolescents.
