As could be expected, Charles do Bronx continues to suffer while dealing with the loss of Allan Puro Osso . According to the UFC, the former lightweight champion's training partner apparently suffered a heart attack while sleeping and passed away last Monday (3), in São Paulo, at the age of 34. Deeply shaken by the departure of his longtime friend, the star of the 'Chute Boxe Diego Lima' academy has generated concern among fans.

On his official Instagram account, Charles posted a new and touching tribute to Allan Nascimento, highlighting their special partnership. Because of this strong bond, the UFC star, always candid, revealed that he is finding it difficult to train and prepare to fight, such is his sadness at the moment.

And Charles' pain is understandable, since he considered the athlete not just a training partner, but a brother. In any case, the veteran needs to bounce back, as rumors indicate he will have the important rematch against Arman Tsarukyan at UFC 331 in September.

"Dude, I can't believe it. It seems like a lie. Damn, brother, this is crazy. I don't even know how I'm going to step onto the mat, go to a fight, knowing you won't be there . This hurts so much. Damn, brother, why this? I can't understand," he wrote.

Charles' current situation

Charles Oliveira , 36, is riding a two-fight winning streak after defeating Mateusz Gamrot and Max Holloway . Currently, the Brazilian holds the 'BMF' (Baddest Motherfucker) belt and is ranked third in the UFC lightweight division. Because of his winning streak, the former champion is close to challenging for the title again.
