Emotional, Charles do Bronx makes an important appeal to fans after the passing of Allan Puro Osso.

UFC star Charles do Bronx is experiencing one of the saddest moments of his life. The athlete is grieving the death of his great friend Allan Nascimento, 34, who apparently suffered a heart attack while sleeping. The tragic event took place last Monday (3), in São Paulo. Present at Puro Osso's wake , held last Wednesday (5), the MMA legend made a point of sending a special message to his fans.

On his official Instagram account, Charles, visibly emotional, opened his heart and made a strong and important appeal to his followers. The former lightweight champion (up to 70,3 kg) stressed how important and necessary it is to show love and admiration for loved ones while they are alive. It is worth noting that this was the athlete's first public appearance after the passing of Puro Osso.

Previously, Do Bronx posted a series of tributes to his friend and training partner. In them, the UFC star praised Allan, declared that he had lost a brother that fighting gave him, and revealed that his pain is so great that he is having difficulty training and preparing to fight.

“I thought a lot during the wake, on the road, when I was coming home, and I want to tell you guys this: we already live in a shitty country, where people are living and doing so many terrible things, raping children, assaulting fathers and mothers, killing for so little,” said the former UFC champion.

“But I don’t want to talk about that, I want to say this: don’t stop hugging the people you love, don’t let a silly fight distance you from good people, because tomorrow it may be too late to hug them . I just wanted to tell you: don’t leave for tomorrow what you can do today,” she concluded.
