Diego Lopes may be facing a major career change. After suffering two defeats to champion Alexander Volkanovski , the Brazilian believes he may not receive further opportunities to compete for the featherweight title (up to 65,7 kg). Given this scenario, the fighter is aiming for new opportunities in the lightweight division (up to 70,3 kg).
In a photo posted on Instagram, Diego Lopes appeared alongside Hunter Campbell, a UFC executive. In the caption, the Brazilian indicated his move up a weight class.
