The world's premier MMA organization returns to Philadelphia after years, and starting at 18:30 PM, brings the public duels worthy of the Rocky Balboa storyline. In the main event, Islam Makhachev attempts to defend his welterweight title (up to 77,1 kg) for the first time against Irishman Ian Garry . Beyond the chance to defend the title he won last November, the Russian also tries to break the record for consecutive wins in the company, established by the legendary Anderson Silva 14 years ago.
In the co-main event, Mackenzie Dern returns to the octagon after her victory against Virna Jandiroba to face Gillian Robertson in a bid to defend her newly won strawweight title (up to 52,1 kg). Coming off five consecutive wins, the Canadian is the fighter with the most submissions in UFC history, and has stated her desire to test her ground game against the multi-time world jiu-jitsu champion.

In addition to Mackenzie, the main card of UFC 330 features Kauê Fernandes , who faces Jalin Turner in a lightweight bout (up to 70,3 kg). Veteran Edson Barboza will also face Argentinian Esteban Ribovics in the same division.
Among the preliminary fights, Eduardo Chapolin makes his organizational debut against Charles Johnson in a catchweight bout of 58,9 kg. Vicente Luque faces Tresean Gore in the middleweight division (up to 83,9 kg), while Rafael Bipolar and Lucas Fernando clash in the light heavyweight division (up to 93 kg).
