Jon Anik praised the legacy left by Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov in MMA and highlighted the strength of the lineage built by the legendary Russian coach. According to the official UFC commentator in the United States, five names linked to Abdulmanap's work form an impressive group, with a combined record of 109 wins and only two losses.
In his podcast 'Anik & Florian', last Monday (17), Jon Anik drew attention to the history of five of the main fighters in the history of Abdulmanap's team. For the event icon, the set of results helps to explain the dimension of the work developed.

The commentator's assessment highlighted the victorious trajectory built by the team over the years. For Anik, the results achieved reinforce the magnitude of the work developed by Abdulmanap and place his lineage among the most successful in the history of MMA.
“Besides that, there’s Usman Nurmagomedov , Umar Nurmagomedov , Islam Makhachev , Khabib Nurmagomedov , and I believe there’s also that guy, John Pork (Chanco), who looks like a real monster. The greatest team of all time. It’s the Abdulmanap lineage,” he concluded.

Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov passed away in 2020, but left a strong mark on the world of MMA for his work in developing fighters from Dagestan. Khabib became the UFC lightweight champion (up to 70,3 kg) and ended his career undefeated, while Islam Makhachev is a double champion and recently defended his second belt against Ian Machado Garry.
