Modestino Rodrigues took advantage of the Contender Series spotlight and shone in the fourth episode of the tenth season. This Tuesday (1st), in Las Vegas (USA), the Brazilian destroyed Brandon Holmes and knocked him out in an incredible 15 seconds, without being touched. Witnessing the perfect performance of the striking specialist, Dana White presented him with a contract with the UFC.

The fight had barely begun when it was over. Modestino nearly unbalanced the American with a low kick. Then, the Brazilian hunted down Holmes, landing a beautiful sequence of punches and finishing with a right straight. Seeing the fighter fall, the referee stopped the fight, declaring the victory for the man from Amazonas. Now, 'The Slanderman' arrives at the UFC to join the middleweight division (up to 83,9 kg).
