Valter Walker analyzed Ciryl Gane 's next challenge in the UFC heavyweight division (up to 120,2 kg). The Frenchman, the new undisputed champion of the category, will defend his belt against Josh Hokit in the main event of UFC 334, scheduled for November 14th in New York (USA).

In an interview with the 'Full Mount MMA' page, available last Monday (21), Valter commented on the characteristics of the duel and assessed the moment experienced by the challenger. The Brazilian also spoke about the way Hokit is seen by part of the fans and projected the result of the title fight.

“I don’t think Ciryl Gane will have an easy victory. I think people underestimate Josh Hokit because he talks a lot of nonsense, they consider him a clown. I think he trains hard and knows what he’s doing, but I don’t think he (Hokit) will be champion,” said Valter Walker.

According to Valter, although Josh Hokit isn't seen as a favorite by the public, the challenger possesses enough qualities to make the champion's job difficult. The Brazilian, however, doesn't believe the American will leave New York with the heavyweight title.
